Our Double Porter base was aged in Bourbon barrels for one year with lactobacillus and brettanomyces, resulting in a dark sour hints of chocolate, cherry, vanilla and oak. the oak balances the bright acidity of the sour which compliments the rich, floral, earthy bouquet from the wild yeast. No cherries were used in this beer (for those who are allergic).
Serving Temperature: 45 – 50 degrees Fahrenheit
