Dark Saison aged in red wine barrels for one year with lactobacillus and brettanomyces and finished with Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir juice. 2017 Sour Noir was not a Membership release.

Cellaring Recommendation: Enjoy now or cellar properly to allow the flavors to evolve. Sour Noir is bottle conditioned and unfiltered. There will be some sediment at the bottom. Open and pour gently to keep the sediment at the bottom or swirl lightly before opening to disperse the sediment.
