It took a bunch of barbarians to invent beer
While the rest of the ancient world was sipping wine, the Valhalla-loving brewers at the edge of the known world were delving deep into the hinterlands of taste β funky, sour, and savagely good. Barbarian Brewing honors the traditions of these wild creatures by handcrafting small-batch beers that go beyond the pale of mass-market brews. Beer may be mainstream. But donβt get too civilized.

Join us for our annual Barrel-Aged Winter Tasting in our brewery production area! Featuring 6 new beer releases and pouring tasters of Barbarianβs ENTIRE barrel-aged beer selection.
Tickets are $20 advance (link in bio) and $25 at the door on the day of the event. Tickets include 10 tasting tokens that are redeemable for 2oz pours of any of the 20 beers pouring in the production area.

New Beers Releasing at the Tasting:
CHERRY PIE SOUR: Golden sour from Freya the Foeder so tart that it warranted a heaping helping of cherries, vanilla, and cinnamon. 7% abv
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE: Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with chocolate, pecans, vanilla and coconut. Itβs like a slice of rich German Chocolate cake in a glass! 12% abv
THE MORRIGAN: Woodford Reserve barrel aged Imperial Stout. 12% abv
TIRAMISU MORRIGAN: Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. This special variant was blended with vanilla, ladyfingers, cacao nibs, and espresso beans from our neighbors at Push & Pour. 12% abv
PEAR GINGER SOUR: Golden Sour aged in Freya, the Foeder, finished with pears and fresh ginger. 7% abv
PEPPERMINT BARK STOUT: Golden ale with peppermint candy, white chocolate and vanilla. The only non-barrel aged beer at this tasting.
