It took a bunch of barbarians to invent beer
While the rest of the ancient world was sipping wine, the Valhalla-loving brewers at the edge of the known world were delving deep into the hinterlands of taste — funky, sour, and savagely good. Barbarian Brewing honors the traditions of these wild creatures by handcrafting small-batch beers that go beyond the pale of mass-market brews. Beer may be mainstream. But don’t get too civilized.

The menu is decided on the day of the pop up and usually includes one meat option and one vegan option. Get here early both days as Pranom can sell out in a couple hours!
On Friday & Saturday Pranom will be serving alongside @crispybusiness208 Food Truck (Pizzas, Nachos, Salads, Beer Snacks).

Named after the Barbarian mascot and brew dog, Conan the Destroyer is the biggest and baddest Imperial Stout we have ever made to date. We brewed a strong Russian Imperial Stout (in honor of Conan’s Siberian Husky roots) and aged it in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels.
15% abv.
Draft & 500ml bottles available at both Barbarian locations.

Introducing our newest hoppy beer, FRESH PACIFIC PALE. A West Coast Pale Ale made with experimental New Zealand Fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice, along with Motueka, NZ Cascade, and Southern Cross hops.
5.4% abv

As a member of @freestylehops research collective, we gain first access to products that aren’t generally available to the public. This year, we were lucky enough to obtain bottles of Fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice. During hop harvest, Freestyle took fresh hops and cold pressed them down into a concentrated oil. This oil gives the punch of fresh hops with more flavor and brighter hop aroma and flavor. So, this means we can make a fresh hop beer year-round!

CELLAR PULL! We just tapped a 2019 vintage of THE MORRIGAN at our Garden City Taproom! Stop by and say hi to Lindsay and try some barrel aged goodness.
The Morrigan is a Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout that gets released yearly at Thanksgiving. The 2019 on draft is the last keg of that vintage and the oldest keg from our cellar.
