While the rest of the ancient world was sipping wine, the Valhalla-loving brewers at the edge of the known world were delving deep into the hinterlands of taste — funky, sour, and savagely good. Barbarian Brewing honors the traditions of these wild creatures by handcrafting small-batch beers that go beyond the pale of mass-market brews. Beer may be mainstream. But don’t get too civilized.

Fresh batches of Oktoberfest and Festbier are now on draft and available in cans to-go! Lagered for 8 weeks in our horizontal lager tanks, these two beers are malty, crisp and perfect for the fall weather fast approaching.
Our commemorative Oktoberfest 2026 mugs will be available for purchase at our 2-Day Oktoberfest party on September, 25th & 26th. No tickets or cover charge. Mugs will be first come, first serve starting that Friday at 5pm.

Brewed in collaboration with @fortgeorgebeer at Barbarian, it’s a luxuriously fruity New Zealand Style IPA made with our friends to be shared with your friends.
Tropical mango, diesel, soft citrus, balanced bitter/sweet ratio.
New Zealand Hops: Motueka, Riwaka, Cascade, and Peacharine

With fuel prices hitting staggering heights, the operation of any aquatic vessel seems like an almost comical extravagance. It’s
undoubtedly better to stick with beer.
Yacht Knot, it turns out.
Brewed in collaboration with Barbarian and Fort George, it’s a luxuriously fruity New Zealand Style IPA with room for your golf clubs and a built-in helipad (matching seaplane not included).

OUGHT NOT- New Zealand Style IPA brewed at Barbarian will release next Thursday, September 3rd. Same exact recipe, except we used Peacharine hops instead of Nectaron Cryo.

A new vintage of OLD MAN DIRK is now available on draft and in bottles to-go!
~ OLD MAN DIRK 2026 ~
The Bourbon barrel aged version of our Scottish Ale, the Dirk, which was named after the handsome lad on the label (and was Barbarian owners’, Bre & James, first dog). Dirk passed away in 2019 at 12 years old and was one stoic, yet grumpy dog, but loved hiking and the beach.
